Cordis is a medical device company owned by Johnson & Johnson. The company was founded in Miami, Florida in 1959.

Their products include stents, distal protection devices, catheters, and guidewires.

They are the makers of a sirolimus-eluting stent marketed under the name Cypher.

They are also the makers of the ANGIOGUARD Embolic Protection Device. This Embolic Protection Device is used in procedures which include carotid stenting.
