Football league season
The 2022–23 Macedonian Third Football League was the 31st season of the third-tier football league in North Macedonia, since its establishment.[1]

Notes:
- ^ Kumanovo was competed under the name Studena Voda in the autumn part of the season.[2]
- ^ Rinia 98 were deducted 3 points for improper registration of several players that lead to not being played the Round 1 match.
- ^ Rashtak was not relegated due to the withdrawal of Butel.[3]
- ^ Ilinden Skopje was not relegated due to the withdrawal of Lokomotiva Skopje.[3]
