The 2023–24 Belgian Basketball Cup, for sponsorship reasons the Lotto Basketball Cup,[1] is the 70th edition of Belgium's national basketball cup tournament. Antwerp Giants are defending champions. Limburg United wins the tournament on 10 March 2024 against Spirou Charleroi for a second time in its history.[2][3]

Round of 32

In the round of 32, the competition sees the entry of professional teams from the BNXT League.[4][5] Previous qualifying rounds took place from June to Septembre.

The draw for the round of 16 was held on 22 Septembre 2023.[6] Teams from the second division and lower leagues compete in a single game, whereas games featuring two BNXT League teams are held through a two-legged tie.[7]
