This article summarizes the activity of Egyptian football during the 2023–24 season, including domestic and international tournaments for senior and youth teams.

^On 16 August 2024, the Egyptian Football Association announced the promotion of Benha and Al Jazeera to the Egyptian Second Division B due to administrative errors. This decision followed appeals by both teams against Plastic Shubra El Kheima and MS El Dabaa, respectively, who had fielded ineligible players during their second-leg matches. As the 2023–24 season had already concluded, the EFA was unable to award 2–0 victories or update league standings, prompting them to promote the affected teams, who would have topped their groups with the awarded points.[5]
