The American-Israeli airstrike on Iran is a future planned military operation against Iran by the United States and Israel should Iran continue developing its nuclear program.[1][2][3][4][5][6][7] In March 2025, Trump gave Iran a short deadline to reach a new nuclear deal or the US would bomb Iran. American B-2 bombers and warships were deployed to the region in preparation.[8][9][10][11][12][13][14][15] Supreme Leader of Iran Ali Khamenei said that Iran would deliver "strong blow" against the US if it attacks,[16] and Iran has been preparing for war as well .[17][18][19]
