The Most Esteemed Azlanii Royal Family Order[1] (Malay: Darjah Yang Teramat Mulia Darjah Kerabat Azlanii) is a dynastic order of chivalry of the state of Perak which was constituted by Sultan Azlan Shah in 2010 in commemoration of his silver jubilee celebration. The order was conferred upon members of the royal family and close relatives who have contributed immensely towards him throughout his reign. The order has not been conferred since the Sultan's demise in 2014.

The Azlanii Royal Family Order was originally constituted in April 2009 in the grade of Grand Knight which was conferred upon 25 individuals who have contributed significantly towards the Sultan. The higher two grades were added later the following year and was limited to the members of the royal family.
