Bandish (Urdu: بندش, lit. 'Closure') is a 1980 Pakistani television series written by Haseena Moin, directed by Shireen Khan and produced by Zaheer Khan.[2][3]
The story is about a girl named Tania who leaves her grandfather's house, as she does not want to marry the boy that her grandfather has chosen for her. She meets Shahzad, a lawyer, and goes with him to his house.[4]
It has had several re-runs on PTV due to its popularity. The series was rebroadcast by PTV Home in the segment PTV Gold Hour.[4]
