Bangladesh competed at the 2022 Commonwealth Games at Birmingham, England but did not win any medals. It was the team's tenth appearance at the Commonwealth Games.[1]
Boxer Sura Chakma and weightlifter Mabia Akhter were the country's flagbearers during the opening ceremony.[2][3]

Bangladeshi Sura Krishna, who carried the national flag in last night's opening ceremony of the Games, was scheduled to fight his Fiji rival Aria Rockbuli today
The opening ceremony of the Games was held at the Alexender Stadium on Thursday night where South Asian Games 2016 gold medallist weightlifter Mabia Aktar Simanta carried the Bangladesh flag in the march.
