Non notable location, no information found. I can find plenty about a Cape Horn Dam, but that's nowhere near this location; satellite view shows just empty forest with a couple of scattered ranches. Fails WP:GEOLAND and WP:GNG. (proposed by WeirdNAnnoyed)
