Australian Championships (tennis) by year

From 1927–1968, the tennis tournament that would later become the Australian Open was closed to amateurs and known as the Australian Championships. The tournament was called the Australasian Championships from its inception in 1905 until it was renamed the Australian Championships in 1927.
