A category for:

  • Meetings between officials, members, or representatives of governments of different nations.
  • Any international governmental groupings which exist mainly through conferences, rather than through any formal structure or organization.
  • Any treaties, or other diplomatic documents, if the meetings which produced those treaties or documents were of historical importance.
  • Any meetings between representatives of different national governments, whether between diplomats, delegates, or heads of state, or any other officials or public servants of different governments; and whether formal or informal, and whether meetings, discussions, negotiations, summits, conferences, mediation, or state visits.

There are various diplomatic and business collaborative meetings that will be held as part of the G20 summits at various different levels; usually the respective G20 presidency country holds these meetings: G20 summits with summits of heads of state or heads of government, ministerial-level meetings engagement group meetings, sherpa meetings, tech summit series, working group meetings on affordable and accessible healthcare, pharma summits, digital health, finance track meetings, outreach and dialogue sessions, and others. Please note that the specific list of G20 summits and meetings may vary from year to year, depending on the priorities and agendas set by the host country and the collective decisions of G20 members.

Note: This differs from Category:International conferences category, as it is only for conferences of officials, delegates or diplomats from governments, not between international business organizations, or other associations.
