People from New Netherland

New Netherland existed from 1614 until 1667. Effectively no one born after 1660 should be in this category, and those born before we should have a good reason to link then to this policy, so few born after 1650 belong here. It can include people of any ethnic origin, but people who lived within the claimed boundaries of the place without effectively being under its control should not be included.
