Crazy Little Thing (also known as The Perfect You) is a 2002 romantic comedy film written and directed by Matthew Miller. The film stars Chris Eigeman and Jenny McCarthy.[1] After the September 11th attacks, the shots of the World Trade Center remained in the film.[2]

Jimmy, a man who is equally unfavorable in love, and Jenny, a woman who struggles with her love life and self-esteem,[4] find themselves in the center of the story. Upon meeting, the two characters form a unique friendship that finally gives rise to love emotions. The movie focuses on relationships, dating in the modern era, and the difficulties of finding real love.

"Crazy Little Thing" is a sitcom which mixes humor with the challenges of dating, highlighting the awkward and frequently funny situations that arise when two people attempt to connect more deeply with one another.[5] Despite not getting much general attention, the film is admired for its funny and realistic take on courting and interactions. A highlight of the film, Jenny McCarthy's amusing performance gives it a light charm.

Jenny McCarthy had her directorial debut in one of the early films directed by Matthew Miller.[6] The script attempts to convey the often unexpected nature of romance by combining humor with relatable dating difficulties.[7]
