Dowlatabad (Persian : دولت اباد )[ a] is a village in, and the capital of, Dowlatabad Rural District of the Central District of Abhar County , Zanjan province, Iran .[ 4]
At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 440 in 107 households.[ 5] The following census in 2011 counted 297 people in 89 households.[ 6] The 2016 census measured the population of the village as 252 people in 79 households.[ 2]
