Ed Cohen^[1] is an American author and talent executive specialised in corporate learning and organization development,^[2][3][4]currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at SprintRay Inc., He was Chief Learning Officer^[5] of multiple multi-national companies such as Satyam Computer,^[6][7][8] HCLTech, Amazon (company) etc. With an experience of over four decades spanning more than 75 countries,^[9] Ed Cohen is also a well-known speaker, primarily focusing on topics related to business, Human Resources (HR) and leadership.^{[10][11][12][13][14]}He successfully led Satyam Computer to be the first non-US company to win Association for Talent Development award.^[15][16]
