Edgecumbe College is a secondary school located in Edgecumbe, New Zealand, and is the only secondary school in the town. It serves students from Year 9 to Year 13, and had a roll of 213 as of late 2014.
As of November 2024, Edgecumbe College has roll of 155 students, of which 118 (76.1%) identify as Māori.[2]
As of 2024, the school has an Equity Index of 521,[4] placing it amongst schools whose students have many socioeconomic barriers to achievement (roughly equivalent to deciles 2 and 3 under the former socio-economic decile system).[5]
According to the website of the College, the college has a solar heated swimming pool, gymnasium, music suite, library, technology and computer facilities, as well as classrooms and support facilities.[6]
