Gazik District (Persian: بخش گزیک) is in Darmian County, South Khorasan province, Iran. Its capital is the city of Gazik.[3]

History

After the 2006 National Census, the villages of Gazik[4] and Tabas-e Masina[5] were elevated to city status.

At the time of the 2006 census, the district's population was 15,089 in 3,381 households.[6] The following census in 2011 counted 15,772 people in 3,920 households.[7] The 2016 census measured the population of the district as 15,869 inhabitants in 3,937 households.[2]
