Gremzdy Polskie [ˈɡrɛmzdɨ ˈpɔlskʲɛ], is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Krasnopol, within Sejny County, Podlaskie Voivodeship, in north-eastern Poland.[3] It lies approximately 4 km (2 mi) south of Krasnopol, 12 km (7 mi) west of Sejny, and 108 km (67 mi) north of the regional capital Białystok.
From 1975-1998 the village was administratively governed by the Suwałki Voivodeship.
Gremzdy Polskie lies near the to Gremzdy lake.
In 1827 it was recorded that the population of the village numbered at 85 and 9 homes and in 1881 it was numbered at 139 people and 16 homes.[4]
