Gruna (German: Grünau) is a municipality and village in Svitavy District in the Pardubice Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 200 inhabitants.
Gruna lies approximately 20 kilometres (12 mi) east of Svitavy, 76 km (47 mi) south-east of Pardubice, and 171 km (106 mi) east of Prague.
The village of Žipotín is an administrative part of Gruna.
