Japan entered three para-shooter's after achieved quota places for the following events by virtue of their best finishes at the 2022, 2023 and 2024 world cup, 2022 World Championships, 2023 World Championships and 2022 Asian Para Games, as long as they obtained a minimum qualifying score (MQS) by May 31, 2020.[8]

Table tennis

Japan entered seven athletes for the Paralympic games. Katsuyoshi Yagi and Natsuki Wada qualified for Paris 2024 by virtue of their gold medal results, in their respective class, at the 2022 Asian Para Games in Hangzhou;[9] meanwhile the other athletes qualified for the games through the allocations of ITTF final world ranking.
