Jharkhand Loktantrik Krantikari Morcha (abbr. JLKM) is a regional political party based in Jharkhand, India, founded by Jairam Kumar Mahato in 2021 with the name of Jharkhandi Bhasha Khatiyan Sangharsh Samiti.[1] The party emerged from the Bhasha-Khatiyan Movement, which aimed to advocate for the rights of the Jharkhandi people. Initially operating under the banner of the Jharkhandi Bhasha Khatiyan Sangharsh Samiti (JBKSS) from 2021, JLKM was officially registered as a political party with the Election Commission of India in August 2024.[2][3] Scissor is its election symbol.
Devendra Nath Mahto, Damayanti Munda, Manoj Kumar Yadav, Motilal Mahto, Md. Eklak Ansari are some popular leaders of JLKM. Jai Ram Kumar Mahto won dumri seat.

In 2024 Jharkhand Legislative Assembly election, only Jairam Kumar Mahato, the founder and National president of the Party won the election from Dumri Assembly constituency.[6]
