KCC Mall of Cotabato is a shopping mall owned by KCC Malls with a gross floor area of 180,020 m2 (1,937,700 sq ft). It is the largest KCC Mall and third largest mall in Mindanao, and the 22nd largest mall in the Philippines.[2] It has a combined lot area of 19 hectares, 16 hectares for the main mall and 3 hectares for the warehouse located in Jose Lim Senior Street. It is located along Sinsuat Avenue corner Quezon Avenue, Cotabato City, Bangsamoro Region, Philippines.[3]

History

In 2016, clearing operations has already been ongoing for a future KCC Malls in Cotabato City.[4]

The KCC Mall of Cotabato City had its groundbreaking ceremony in October 28, 2018 during the term of mayor Cynthia Guiani-Sayadi.[1][5] The residents of the are were relocated at a housing community known as Cynthia Village in Barangay Tamontaka II.[6] Construction was temporarily halted for the conduct of the 2019 elections[5]

The mall was inaugurated on April 1, 2025 and was opened to the public the following day.[7][8]

Features

The mall anchors KCC Department Store, KCC Supermarket, Kainan sa KCC, KCC Home, KCC Pharmacy, KCC Events and Convention Center. The mall features eight state-of-the-art cinemas capable for 3D movies.[9]
