Keiichi Tokuda (徳田 恵一, Tokuda Keiichi), graduate from and professor at the Nagoya Institute of Technology from 2004,[1] doctor of engineering granted by Tokyo Institute of Technology[2] and CEO & CTO of
Techno-Speech, Inc.,[3] was named Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) in 2014[4] for contributions to hidden Markov model-based speech synthesis. He was awarded Medal with Purple Ribbon in 2020.[5]
