Kyzylzhar (Kazakh: Қызылжар ауданы, Qyzyljar audany) is a district of North Kazakhstan Region in northern Kazakhstan. The administrative center of the district is the selo of Beskol (Kazakh: Бескөл / Besköl).[3] Population: 44,681 (2013 estimate);[2] 44,454 (2009 Census results);[4] 50,258 (1999 Census results).[4]
