The following list provides information relating to the minimum wages (gross) of countries in Europe.[1][2]
The calculations are based on the assumption of a 40-hour working week and a 52-week year, with the exceptions of France (35 hours),[3] Belgium (38 hours),[4] United Kingdom (38 hours),[3] Germany (38 hours),[5] Ireland (39 hours)[5] and Monaco (39 hours).[6] Most minimum wages are fixed at a monthly rate, but some countries set their minimum wage at an hourly rate or annual rate.
The map below shows adult, minimum monthly income after the deduction of taxes and social charges; some countries have a different rate for certain age brackets (e.g. under 21).

On Wednesday, Lithuania's cabinet of ministers decided to increase the minimum monthly wage by 114 euros, to 1,038 before tax. Next year, minimum wage earners will see their disposable income rise to around 777 euros a month, up by 69 euros.

The Ministry of Labor published the draft decision regarding the increase of the national minimum gross salary guaranteed in payment, which would increase from 3,700 lei, as it is currently, to 4,050 lei from January 1, 2025, including for private companies.[...] the employee would receive 2,574 lei 'in hand', if the facility of 300 lei untaxed is maintained, (Translation)
The government agreed the measure on Wednesday, after the meeting with the Trade Unions and Employers. The proposal to reduce labor taxation on low and medium wages by 5% would also have been agreed, but not from January 1, 2025, according to the quoted source.
"Thus, we are entering the path of the European minimum wage! We comply with the European directive which shows that this value must be between 47% and 52% of the European minimum wage (Romania will be at 47%). Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin [had] announced plans to increase the minimum wage, which will amount to 22,440 rubles at the beginning of 2025.[...] On October 22, the State Duma increased the minimum wage, passing the law in the second and third readings at once.[...] From 2025, the minimum wage in Russia will again be calculated based on the median salary. The ratio between them will be increased from 42 to 48%.
Regions may, if necessary, increase the minimum wage established by the Russian government. In the regions of the Far North and equivalent localities, regional coefficients and percentage bonuses for length of service are added to the minimum wage.
In addition, the minimum wage for individual subjects of the Russian Federation may be established by a regional agreement. For example, in St. Petersburg, from January 1, 2025, the minimum wage for employees of non-budgetary organizations will be 28,750 rubles. In 2024, the figure is 25,000 rubles. The minimum wage in Moscow in 2024 is 29,389 rubles. There is no current regional agreement in the Tver and Ivanovo regions - they use the federal minimum wage. (Translation)

The minimum monthly net wage in Serbia will rise by 13.7% next year, to 53,592 dinars ($509/ 458 euro), the government said.

For an employee whose job is classified in the 1st degree of work difficulty, the net minimum wage from 1/1/2025 is €663.50 (provided the employee applies for NČZD [i.e. standard tax deduction] and does not apply for the child tax bonus), or €572.39 (if the employee does not apply for NČZD or child tax bonus). The reform of the minimum hourly wage for medical personnel is expanding - from January 1, 2024, the minimum salary threshold will be established for medical personnel employed in the following positions:
• Junior doctor - at least 960 GEL per month (5 GEL per hour)

The Government of Kosovo made a decision during a meeting, on Wednesday, to increase the minimum wage in the country to 350 euros for workers of all ages. This increase was made only a few days after the Law on the minimum wage entered into force, which provided for an increase in the minimum wage to 264 euros gross for all employees in the public and private sectors. But, with the new decision of the Government of Prime Minister Albin Kurti, the new minimum wage rate will be 2 euros per regular working hour, or 350 euros gross per month for full time. The Government of the Republic of Kosovo, in its 218th meeting held on August 28, 2024, issued Decision No. 02/218 "On the National Minimum Wage" which repeals the previous Decision No. 04/33 dated August 17, 2011.
