This is a list of hospitals in British Columbia, grouped by health authority and sorted by hospital name. This list does not include extended care facilities, health centres, or assisted-living facilities.

Fraser Health Authority is the largest health authority in British Columbia by population,^[1] and operates 13 hospitals in the Fraser Valley and Lower Mainland.^[2][3]

Interior Health operates 22 hospitals in the BC Interior.^[4][5][6]

Island Health operates 12 hospitals on Vancouver Island.^[8]

Northern Health operates 18 hospitals in Northern British Columbia.^[9]

Vancouver Coastal Health operates nine hospitals in British Columbia.^[10]

Provincial Health Services Authority operates four specialty hospitals in British Columbia, all of which are located in the Lower Mainland.^[11]

Providence Health Care is a Catholic health care provider that operates two hospitals in British Columbia, both of which are located in Vancouver.^[12] These hospitals are operated in cooperation with Vancouver Coastal Health and the Provincial Health Services Authority.^[13]
