MThree is a 129.8 meter (426 ft) tall high-rise condominium in the Town Centre neighbourhood of Coquitlam, British Columbia. At 48 floors, it was the tallest building in Coquitlam, and the Tri-Cities, surpassing Oasis, and was completed in 2016.[1]
