Village in Gilan, Iran
Malekut (Persian : ملكوت )[ a] is a village in, and the capital of, Somam Rural District [ 4] of Rankuh District , Amlash County , Gilan province, Iran .
At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 397 residents in 101 households.[ 5] The following census in 2011 counted 365 people in 106 households.[ 6] The 2016 census measured the population of the village as 374 people in 126 households.[ 2]
