It encompasses parts of Big Stone County, Douglas County, Grant County, Pope County, Stearns County, Stevens County, Swift County, Traverse County and Wilkin County. The seat has been held by Republican Torrey Westrom of Elbow Lake, Minnesota since 2013.[1]
