Murara is a locality in Rangiya, Assam, India. The Co-District headquarters of Rangiya is located at Murara. Its spans some urban areas of Rangiya and rural area. National Highway 27 passes through Murara. The nearest railway to Murara is Rangiya Junction. Murara is also the gateway to Rangiya, and it is the serves as the major commercial area of the city.[1][2][3][4]
