Ndolé[1] is a Cameroonian dish consisting of stewed nuts, ndoleh (bitter leaves indigenous to West and Central Africa), and fish or beef.[1]
The dish may also contain shrimp. It is traditionally eaten with plantains, bobolo or miondo (a Cameroonian dish made of fermented ground manioc and wrapped in leaves), etc.
