"Nuts" (stylized in all lowercase) is a single by American rapper Lil Peep featuring fellow American rapper Rainy Bear from his second mixtape, Live Forever (2015). The song was re-released posthumously as a single on December 17, 2021 through AWAL due to sample clearance issues, and saw a huge surge of popularity on platforms such as TikTok.
"Nuts" was written by Lil Peep along with Rainy Bear, Baron Black and the producer Millie G. A combination of emo rap and other subgenres, the song contains lyrics about love and drugs.
"Nuts" samples "Bright Lights", from the Jesus Camp soundtrack by Force Theory, the track was produced by Willie G.[3][2] Due to sample clearance issues,[4] the song would later be re-released posthumously as a single on December 17, 2021,[1][5] through AWAL.[5] The single saw an increase in popularity on platforms such as TikTok.[4] Rainy Bear, previously known as Lil Skil[6] was featured in the credits.[7]

"Nuts" broke several streaming records upon its re-release in 2021. In the United States, the song debuted at number 40 on the RMNZ Hot Singles.[9] It later gained 30,000 sales within its first two year of sales in the country,[10] and went gold in the United Kingdom with about 340 million streams.[11] With over 1.25 billion streams in the United States, it was certified double platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America.[12]
