PK-94 Orakzai (پی کے-94 اورکزئی) is a constituency for the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan.It was created in 2018 after merger of FATA with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa before 2019 elections. This constituency covers entire Orakzai District.[1][2][3]

After merger of FATA with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa provincial elections were held for the very first time. Independent candidate Syed Ghazi Ghazan Jamal won the seat by getting 18,461 votes. He later joined Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf.[4][5]
