Psychotherapy and Psychosomatics is a bimonthly peer-reviewed medical journal published by Karger Publishers.[1] It was established in 1953 under the name Acta Psychotherapeutica et Psychosomatica, obtaining its current name in 1965.[2]
Psychotherapy and Psychosomatics has anticipated and developed new lines of research concerned with psychosomatic medicine, psychotherapy research, and psychopharmacology. The journal provides a unique forum for current and controversial issues and innovations in assessment and treatment.
