Refen (Persian: رفن)^[3] is a village in Miankuh Rural District of Miankuh District in Ardal County, Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province, Iran.

The village is populated by Lurs.^[4]

Population

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 863 in 198 households.^[5] The following census in 2011 counted 919 people in 243 households.^[6] The 2016 census measured the population of the village as 991 people in 271 households. It was the most populous village in its rural district.^[2]
