RooR (stylized as ROOЯ) is a Frankenthal-based company that produces high-end borosilicate ground glass joint bongs. It was founded 1995 by Martin Birzle, a German glass-blower.^{[citation needed]}

ROOR was founded in 1995 by Martin Birzle.

For the initial 4 years of the company's existence, it was managed solely by its founder & CEO Martin Birzle. However, as the company grew, it was no longer possible for Birzle to operate on his own and, from there on, the company began to expand rapidly with an ever-increasing number of employees.

Counterfeits[edit]

RooR is frequently counterfeited. Since 2013, RooR has been taking legal action against stores in the US who they accused of selling counterfeit RooR products.^[1]
