Not sufficiently notable; unsourced for five years; few sources to back it up and one, A History of Norwich School notes on page 86 that Vincent of Scarning actually doesn't appear in the list of headmasters. I suggest that it is sufficient that he is mentioned in the Norwich School article, as is currently the case (proposed by SunloungerFrog)

Vincent of Scarning is one of the earliest known headmasters of any grammar school in England. He was mentioned as the headmaster of Norwich School in 1240.
