Pêro de Alenquer was 'n 15de eeuse Portugese ontdekkingsreisiger van die Afrika-kus. Pêro is in Alenquer gebore.

Hy het Bartolomeus Dias op sy reis na die Kaap die Goeie Hoop in 1487/1488 vergesel. [1] Hy was die stuuurmanvan Vasco da Gama se vlagskip op laasgenoemde se eerste reis na Indië [2] en het later daarvan geskryf.
