含死亡效应结构域蛋白(英語:Death effector domain containing protein)是人类中由DEDD基因编码的蛋白质。[5][6][7]
该基因编码含有死亡效应结构域(DED)的蛋白质。DED是程序性细胞死亡途径的衔接子、调节子和执行子共享的蛋白质相互作用域。该基因的过度表达被证明可诱导微弱的细胞凋亡。在刺激作用下,发现该蛋白从细胞质易位到细胞核,并与UBTF共定位在核仁中,UBTF是RNA聚合酶I转录所需的基础因子。该基因至少有三种编码相同蛋白质的转录变体。[8]
