4 Arm (Kharwali) is a small village of 2495 hectares in Chhatargarh Tehsil in Bikaner district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. 4 Arm (Kharwali) depends on ANUPGARH, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, Two Wells supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, One canal and Two springs. 4 Arm (Kharwali) is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Canal. 4 Arm (Kharwali)'s pin code is 334021[4], and village code is 00567300. They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of ANUPGARH and Bikaner to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
