Abdul Siddiqi is an Canadian/American entrepreneur, realtor, and real estate investor based in California, United States. He is the CEO of Myra Investment And Development Corporation. He is also one of the principals of LUDBA Capital, a private equity and crypto investment firm.
Abdul started his career as a realtor where he would broker real estate deals and sell properties.[1]
Abdul is the CEO of Myra Investment and Development Corporation.[2] Abdul became a real estate investor while being a realtor for almost 16 years.[3] He would start with making small investments in real estate before taking on bigger projects.[4] Abdul has been involved in many key revitalization projects in Central Valley California. Abdul would continue to grow his portfolio through the purchase of distressed properties and employing his real estate experience over the ensuing years.[5] As of 2022, Abdul’s multi state portfolio has a combined asset value of about $100 million.[6] He plans to expand his real estate portfolio to emerging markets like Malaysia.[7]
Abdul is one of the principals of LUDBA Capita, a private equity firm that also has Crypto investment Fund. Abdul has been involved in the Crypto space since 2016.
In 2022, Abdul created the LUDBA Foundation. The Foundation’s primary focus is to bring positive and progressive change within the society by empowering the disadvantaged community through mass literacy, high quality education, universal primary healthcare and contributing to overall sustainable development.
Abdul is an avid traveller and enjoys seeing the world. He is currently married with 2 children. Abdul splits his time between his residences in California and Malaysia.
