Adeva is an exclusive network for tech professionals founded by Katerina Trajchevska and Tosho Trajanov in 2015.[1] The company is headquartered in New York, United States. It specializes in developing local communities throughout the world and providing an infrastructure to companies to scale their engineering teams with a remote workforce. Their mission is creating equal opportunities for tech professionals globally.

Adeva was founded in 2015 by Katerina Trajchevska and Tosho Trajanov with the aim to support start-ups as tech consultants. The founders left their jobs to become freelancers and started Adeva to connect with similar people looking for jobs in the technology industry.

Within five years, Adeva expanded its network to 500+ developers from over 20 countries. Adeva targets both smaller start-ups and larger enterprises. In 2019, the company quadrupled its sales by working remotely with distributed talent.[6]

Adeva is dedicated to building a diverse community that empowers software engineers to grow professionally. Adeva aims at creating a remote working environment that supports the people indulged in the tech-community.

Adeva is a staffing company that vets every individual before enrolling them to its platform. The vetting process consists of three different steps that measure something specific, including pre-qualification call, skills evaluation, and company culture check.

Adeva also organizes meetups, webinars, and conferences to support the tech professionals and create opportunities.[7]

Awards and accolades[edit]

Founders of Adeva won the International Women in Tech Awards 2018. Adeva was also elected as the Best Inclusive Tech Company for investing in and creating an inclusive culture. In 2019, Adeva was named a national winner for The Workplace and People Development Award at the 2019 European Business Awards 7.[8][9]

Katerina Trajchevska was named “Entrepreneur of the Year” at the Payoneer 2020 Entrepreneurship Awards, an event that celebrates business success around the globe.[10][11][12]

Adeva is dedicated to support tech freelancers and create a holistic and remotely accessible workspace.[13] The company regularly organizes meetups, conferences, and webinars to provide opportunities to their members and help the companies connect with potential hires.
