Ammon was born on 20 March 1995 in Sandy, Utah. He grew up with eight siblings in a Christian household. During his teenage years, Ammon also volunteered for his church and served a mission for two years in Sydney, Australia, speaking the Samoan language While growing up, Ammon was inclined towards music and often turned to write songs for solace as well as to express himself. He eventually dedicated himself to learning lyrical writing and took piano lessons. During his time at junior high, Ammon sang in the choir, had solos in plays, and started percussion.
Ammon later went to the Utah Valley University, where he changed his major a couple of times, unsure of what he wanted, lastly setting on HR. Ammon is currently working towards getting a double master's in Human Resources and Business Administration at Utah State University.
Ammon’s debut song, which he wrote for the first girl he fell in love with when he started college, gained mass popularity. During this time, he also suffered from chronic throat pain, which severely affected his singing career. After six months, when his voice finally came back, Ammon began taking speech therapy in order to resume singing.[2]
Since then, Ammon has been working with fellow musicians including Abstract, who featured in his first single, to create more songs. As of 2022, Ammon has three songs up and ready to be released.
