Andrew Alan Spitzer is an American business executive who serves as the chief operating officer (COO) of Spitzer Autoworld.[1][2][3]

Early life and education[edit]

Spitzer earned a bachelor's degree in management from John Carroll University in May 2014.[4]

Spitzer is married with Veronica Ann Wazney.[5][4]

Career[edit]

Spitzer started his career as a salesman at a dealership of Spitzer Autoworld.[6] He was also part of the team that established insurance division of the company.[6] During his tenure, he with Joseph Mastrodonato, current chief financial officer, introduced the idea of texting prospective buyers.[6]

In February 2020, Spitzer was appointed as the chief operating officer of Spitzer Autoworld before the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic.[7][8] The pandemic significantly impacted the auto retail sector and introduced inventory challenges.[9] During his tenure, Spitzer Management reported changes in new and used vehicle sales in Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Florida.[9] Additionally, the company launched the "Spitzer Shield", which provides a lifetime warranty and a certified pre-owned program.[9]
