Arun Kumar Arun (A.K.ARUN) is an Indian Homoeopath[1] credited with the performance of over 50,000 chronic cases. He is a fellow & Life member of Liga Medicorum Homoeopathica Internationalis (LMHI)[2] & Asian Homoeopathic Medical League (AHML). He is the chair Person of Health Education Art Life Foundation (HEAL)[3] & Vice Chairman of Board of Homoeopathic System of Medicine, Govt. of NCT of Delhi. Dr. Arun is a National Youth Award (Govt. of India)[4] Winner in 1989 & received Professional Excellence Award-2018(Govt. of NCT of Delhi)[5]. Dr. Arun received many more National & International Awards[6] for his outstanding contribution in the field of Social service, Public Health & Homoeopathy. He is expertise in the treatment of Chronic & so-called incurable diseases. He has written many books on Homoeopathy & Public Health. He is Editor in Chief of a health journal ‘Food nutrition & Health’8.

Biography[edit]

Dr. Arun Kumar Arun graduated in Homoeopathy (BHMS) from the Govt. Homoeopathic Medical Collage & Hospital, Muzaffarpur (Bihar) in 1987. Latter He moved to Delhi for research and higher education. Went Japan & Geneva for the study of traditional medicine in 1990. He was nominated member in National Youth Council, Govt. of India in 1991.in 1992 He become the member of Faculty of Homoeopathy, The Royal London Homoeopathic Hospital, London(UK)[7] Dr. Arun started his Clinic & Research Centre in New Delhi in 1991.Dr. Arun is influenced by Mahatma Gandhi & his thought. He studied Nonviolence in Medicine as a fellow of National Gandhi Museum, Rajghat, New Delhi[8].He completed his postgraduate study in Homoeopathy (MD) from BRA Agra University in 2010.[9] Dr. Arun worked on Parthenium hysterophorus[10] and re-proved this unique homoeopathic medicine mostly used in Asthma, various types of Eczema etc Dr. Arun focused on Public Health & Homoeopathy and developed First Aid kit of Homoeopathic Medicine[11] which is widely appreciated. He was consultant of various social organizations as a public health expert. His Bicycle Ambulance is unique & popular even in remote villages in Rajasthan, Bihar, Jharkhand & Chattisgarh. Dr.Arun was trained in Youth leadership and international relations at Commonwealth Asia Youth Center, Chandigarh[12] sponsored by UNESCO. Dr.Arun has organized more than 100s Health Awareness Camps all over India. He was the member of core team in Bihar Govt. to make a preventive Health Module in 2013[13]. He is more Philanthropist than a Homoeopath. His interest is in preventive health. He is a bona fide volunteer of Health for All mission[14].He is committed to achieve Free & Compulsory Health facility of every citizen as per India’s constitutional commitments & provisions.

Dr. Arun is a life member of International Homoeopathic Medical league[15], Geneva, Asian Homoeopathic Medical League, Life Member of Homoeopathic Medical Association of India[16], Delhi Homoeopathic Medical Board[17], Delhi & many more. At present He is the Vice Chairperson of Board of Homoeopathic System of Medicine, Govt. of NCT Delhi. He is the Chairperson of Gandhi National academy of Naturopathy and Gandhi Smarak Prakritic Chikitsa Samiti[18], Delhi. Dr. Arun is founder Chairperson of a Research Organization named Health Education Art Life Foundation[19] (HEAL), New Delhi.
