Baberi is a small village of 989 hectares in Bansur Tehsil in Alwar district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Baberi depends on BEHROR, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 153.00% of the total supply, One tank, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Baberi is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Baberi's pin code is 301412[4], and village code is 00866000. The area of Baberi is segregated as 405 hectares irrigated area, 424 hectares unirrigated, the 10.91 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 149 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Baberi has One post office (Babari B.O) and One public telephone. The village is connected with a single bus service. Baberi has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

Baberi is a census village in the district of Alwar, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 2196 and has total administration over 351 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

  • Scheduled caste counts for 344 (15.66%) males constitute 187 (8.52%) of the population and females 157 (7.15%).

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of BEHROR and Alwar to sell earthen pot and make their living.
