Bagri is a small village of 3546 hectares in Raipur Tehsil in Pali district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Bagri depends on Raipur, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - One river, Two canals and Two springs. Bagri is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Bagri's pin code is 306105[4], and village code is 02402300. The area of Bagri is segregated as 49 hectares irrigated area, 87 hectares unirrigated, remaining 1263 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Bagri has One post office (Bagri Kalaliya B.O) and One public telephone. The village is connected with a single bus service. Bagri has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

The village has an uninterrupted 24 hours electric supply from a power grid.

Bagri is a census village in the district of Pali, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 2112 and has total administration over 442 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

  • Bagri has 388 children, 197 boys and 191 girls.
  • Scheduled caste counts for 136 (6.44%) males constitute 63 (2.98%) of the population and females 73 (3.46%).

The workforce is 448 male, 431 female with 112 (12.74%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 95 males and 17 females. 16 males and 4 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 30 male and 4 female agricultural labor. 767 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Raipur and Pali to sell earthen pot and make their living.
