Bainara is a small village of 785 hectares in Bassi Tehsil in Jaipur district, also known as the Pink City in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Bainara depends on Jaipur, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, which is 284.24% of the total supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Bainara is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Bainara's pin code is 303301[4], and village code is 01614600. The area of Bainara is segregated as 284.24 hectares irrigated area, 278.06 hectares unirrigated, the 138.3 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 84.45 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Bainara has One post office (Benada B.O) and Nine public telephones. The village is connected with a single bus service. Bainara has Two banks, One credit society and One agricultural credit society for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

The village has an uninterrupted 24 hours electric supply from a power grid.

Bainara is a census village in the district of Jaipur, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 4210 and has total administration over 593 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

  • Bainara has 680 children, 370 boys and 310 girls.
  • Scheduled caste counts for 1002 (23.80%) males constitute 529 (12.57%) of the population and females 473 (11.24%).
  • Scheduled tribe counts for 355 (8.43%) males constitute 183 (4.35%) of the population and females 172 (4.09%).

The workforce is 1018 male, 787 female with 1653 (91.58%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 962 males and 691 females. 403 males and 506 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 47 male and 58 female agricultural labor. 152 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Jaipur and Jaipur to sell earthen pot and make their living.
