Bamaniya is a small village of 224 hectares in Kumbhalgarh Tehsil in Rajsamand district, known for Rajsamand Lake, an artificial lake created in the 17th century by Rana Raj Singh in the state of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Bamaniya depends on AMET, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - One river, Two canals and Two springs. Bamaniya is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Bamaniya's pin code is 313333[4], and village code is 02999600. The area of Bamaniya is segregated as 27.67 hectares irrigated area, 24.33 hectares unirrigated, the 133 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 39 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Bamaniya has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

The village has an uninterrupted 24 hours electric supply from a power grid.

Bamaniya is a census village in the district of Rajsamand, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 284 and has total administration over 66 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

  • Bamaniya has 43 children, 21 boys and 22 girls.
  • Scheduled caste counts for 41 (14.44%) males constitute 18 (6.34%) of the population and females 23 (8.10%).

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of AMET and Rajsamand to sell juggary and make their living.
