Banqsoft, headquartered in Norway, is a provider of asset finance, digital banking, and credit management software to financial service companies such as BNP Paribas, Sandvik, Santander Consumer Bank, Toyota Financial Services, and Eika Gruppen.[1][2][3]
Banqsoft was founded in 1994 by a group of IT professionals, primarily targeting Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Iceland, and Finland. It has since attracted customers on a global scale, and partnered with multiple industry players, such as Neonomics and Scrive.[4][5]
In 2015, Banqsoft became a fully owned subsidiary of KMD, which was acquired by NEC in 2019.[6][7] In 2020, Banqsoft acquired Norwegian software company Concent to expand its credit management and debt collection product line, and acquired part of Danish software firm E Foqus's Foqus Finance business.[8][9]
